The Emily Agency is a home services placement agency located in Palos Heights, IL. The agency was founded in 1999 with the mission of matching well-qualified caregivers with families in need of assistance. Being a small, family owned agency, allows us to focus on the unique needs of the client and their family. We only recruit caregivers from a trusted pool of well qualified individuals, most of whom we have known personally for many years.

Our caregivers are carefully screened prior to placement. Screening consists of a comprehensive background check, reference verification, and thorough vetting compliant with the Illinois Department of Public Health requirments. The Emily Agency is licensed by the State of Illinois Department of Labor and Illinois Department of Public Health in addition to being fully bonded and insured for your protection.
